Graduates of DeSales University/Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales are eligible to receive a paper and/or electronic replacement of their DeSales University diploma. A $50 processing fee per item will be charged upon submission of this form.
Diplomas are ordered by the Registrar on the first of each month only.

*Please note, all diplomas will say DeSales University, not Allentown College
