DeSales faculty and staff are invited to serve as Ambassadors for our 8th Annual Hearts on Fire Day of Giving on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

T-shirts will be available for pick-up in Chappuis the week of March 16, 2026.
By supplying the requested information and selecting “Make this a recurring gift,” I hereby authorize DeSales University (and its agents and third-party senders) to initiate electronic debit entries to the specified financial account at the named financial institution in the amount, frequency, and timeframe specified in my submission. I understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until DeSales University receives written notification of its amendment or termination in such time and such manner as to afford DeSales University a reasonable opportunity to amend or terminate the authorization, which will be at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Any such written notice should be mailed to: DeSales University, Institutional Advancement Office, 2755 Station Ave, Center Valley, PA 18034, or emailed to: advancement@desales.edu. I understand it is my responsibility to provide an updated authorization to DeSales University in writing for any changes to my financial institution or routing and account number(s). Any revised authorization will replace any previous authorization.
I hereby authorize DeSales University (and its agents and third-party senders) to initiate electronic credit entries to the specified account to correct any erroneous debits, if necessary.
I acknowledge and represent that I have the requisite authority to grant this authorization for the specified financial account and that the origination of ACH or electronic transaction(s) to the account must and will comply with the provisions of U.S., state, and other applicable law. I understand that if any such electronic debit(s) should be returned by the listed financial institution for any reason, I may be charged a return fee of $30.00 (or the maximum amount allowed by law) per item by electronic debit from the same account identified above.
